Measurable results such as revenue growth, policy implementation, or innovation adoption
Awards, speaking engagements, board positions, or advisory roles demonstrating professional standing
Publications, frameworks, methodologies, or systems you’ve developed and implemented
Evidence Dossier Framework
Demonstrate roles where you influenced organizational direction, managed cross-functional teams, or drove institutional change. Include position titles, reporting structures, budgets managed, and stakeholder ecosystems.
Quantify your impact—revenue generated, markets entered, users served, policies implemented, or efficiency gains achieved. The University values evidence of sustained, scalable results over time.
