Daniel Ojo is a lecturer at Uma Ukpai Polytechnic Asaga Ohafia Abia State and P.A to Barr. Clement. PhD., the Rector of Uma Ukpai Polytechnic, on academic matters. He is the Director of Academics at Top Hill University of Ministerial Arts and Management Studies, an Aspire Leaders Alumnus, and A Teach For Nigeria Fellow. Daniel is a seasoned writer, speaker, a researcher par excellence, an administrator, a graphics and website designer.
Besides academics, Daniel sees the youth (including himself) as leaders who have the power to dictate their future through advocacy and strategic actions. He is the programmes and media director for the African Youth Network, a youth led organisation Passionate about Youth inclusiveness in governance and UN sustainable development.
Rubuiya Zannat is a Co-founder of Ferdzan Institute of Leadership and Management Studies. She is an international relations specialist, policy advisor, and SDG leader with global experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She holds an MSc in International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, and completed advanced research training at the University of Oxford, focusing on qualitative and quantitative political analysis. Her academic and professional work explores soft power, sports diplomacy, governance, gender equality, and climate action.
Rubuiya has advised international organisations, youth networks, and traditional leadership institutions, including serving as Global Board Advisor to the African Youth Network and Strategic Advisor to HRM Queen Ameenata Koita in Ghana. She has led UN-aligned advocacy initiatives, contributed to policy briefs for governments, and managed high-level projects linked to FIFA and international development. A multilingual speaker and award-winning humanitarian leader, Rubuiya is a passionate advocate for women’s rights, youth empowerment, and inclusive global diplomacy.
Timothy Ayodele is an agribusiness and agricultural development professional with over 10
years of experience across agronomy, agro-processing, value chains, food systems, and
smallholder farmer integration. He holds a degree in Agriculture from the Federal University
of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria and a professional certificate in Agribusiness
Entrepreneurship from Business School Netherlands.
Having lived in Nigeria and Kenya, Timothy brings a strong cross-cultural perspective and has
worked at both operational and strategic levels, supporting agribusiness growth and
development initiatives especially in the private sector where he has worked in senior
management roles with companies such as Cato Foods, Ogunmod farms and farmers
Academy and Optimum Valorem Consults Limited. He has also worked on impact projects
facilitated by International organizations such as IITA,IFAD, IFDC,GAIN, HARVESTPLUS, IDH
and USAID, focusing on capacity building, strategy, stakeholder coordination, inclusive
farmer engagement and out-grower development. He is currently an Advisory and Oversight
Service Provider, helping Agribusiness with strategic growth pathways development.
Beyond his professional work, Timothy volunteers as a life skills coach and mentor,
supporting youth in behavioral and career development, and serves on the Advisory Board of
Sarauniya International Development Organization,USA advancing strategy and community
impact to women, youths and children in undeserved communities in Africa and the diaspora
through health, education and economic programs.
